Clean room, good location and close to the Metro. Unfortunately people were loud and talking very late into the night and the workers making noise before 7am made for very poor sleep, not to mention the flat pillows. The restaurant was meh.

Rude front desk & location deceiving

Location was not where indicated. It was further away from Zocalo. Informed receptionist about this in case others went through the same trouble finding the hotel and he was very rude. Also, he didn't want to take my DL because he said it's not a vadid ID in Mexico. He was asking for my passport.

Comfortable and reasonable priced

A bit outdated hotel but quite cheap after my stay in Puerto Vallarta. Close to everything, subway, bus, restaurants, iconic buildings of the city. There was a group of homeless people camping just next to the hotel and it felt a bit uneasy but I had no issues. The Uber can't stop in front, you need to walk to the corner but it wasn't an issue even at 3am - well lit and populated area. I would stay again for the convenience and price.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, nice for the price, it’s close to many attractions, there are a lot of homeless around though, I understand the hotel has nothing to do with it, just be cautious when you walk around, specially at night.
