Wonderful location near many attractions for visiting the city. During peak traffic times, the ride from the airport about an hour, otherwise about half that. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Old building but it has character. The street can get noisy but again, it’s downtown. Great stay.

Great location, only 1/2 block from pedestrian street that leads to Zocalo. Great breakfasts. Included for all guests is a carry-out cafe open 24 hours that served sandwiches, soups, drinks etc.

Everything is excellent on this Hotel, the people working there, 24 hrs bar with excellent drinks and food, almost everything included with your stay. super clean.... they just need to improve the TV channels, but was the last thing that worry to us.

This is a fantastic hotel and we were very happy staying here during our 4 nights in Mexico City. It is friendly, with great service and staff. Its location is excellent and the rooms stylish, clean and very comfortable. It lacks nothing.

The location is center of the city. So we could walk to several museums, plaza, and shops. The staffs are all friendly and professional. I especially loved their fully served breakfast and cafe where we grabbed sandwiches and coffees without extra charge. I will stay here again if I will be back to Mexico City.

This hotel is centrally located in the historic district of Mexico City. The very first morning we were given a free three hour walking tour of the city center which provided the perfect initial orientation. It is a boutique hotel with many additional benefits including the most wonderful, caring staff. Elizabeth and Daniela helped us to arrange a special tour to see monarch butterflies and, on our return, had decorated our room with butterfly cut-outs! If you're planning a trip to Mexico City, stay here!

The hotel was not very big but what it was in size did not reflect the kind of stay it was. The rooms and different areas of the hotel were all well maintained. There was free breakfast, unlimited bottled water, apples everyday but most of all, service is top notch! Thank you to all the people who made our stay extra special! Elizabeth, Valeria, Roberto, Gonzalo , Didier and all the very warm and friendly staff, we had a truly magical experience at your hotel!

The property was beautiful and the breakfast was great. We did NOT receive a room upgrade, (which has become the norm,) as the 2 most valuable perks for almost all travelers are a room upgrade or early check-in or late check-out....which are the ones rarely given. Many times we have had to miss an included breakfast due to flight times, and non-drinkers training for races don't need or use alcohol. The bathroom would be great if it included a towel rack or hook for bath towels; I am not sure why these are missing in many Mexican hotels.

Good hotel close to historic center. Unfortunately, we got a very bad room with a very small window and hardly any light. We had booked for so many days…not very pleased with the room we got. Interestingly, some of our relatives who joined us at the same hotel for lesser number of days were given hand written Thank you cards and a better room! Guess we could have been treated special for the number of days we were there (5 nights).

Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Room was small and bathroom very dated, very comfortable bed. Room faced the main street and loud music could be heard until 2am most nights. The included breakfast, food and drink from the all day cafe and free bottled water were a bonus. The free walking tour provided was excellent. Would recommend, request a quiet room.
