Very good hotel in Mexico City. Great location, attentive staff, large and clean room, good shower and clean bathroom, very good bed. Breakfast needs to be a little better.

I have been coming to Hotel Geneva for 30 years. I still love it but it needs a good clean. The outside of the hotel’s window shades and roof areas we look out needs a wipe down. Outside windows too.

Nice hotel. Only a fridge in the room I had, but make sure to ask them to unlock it as soon as you arrive so they start the process It's a very secure hotel, they register guests with their IDs, so don't worry about any Jordan vandeslooting. The lobby is amazing as well. Didn't try the restaurants, but on my way out one morning, there was a line outside. I would stay here again.

Comfortable bed and pillow. The room is quite. We hardly hear others next room or in the hallway. Great photos spots in the hotel lobby. But the carpet and upholstered furniture are old and full of stains.

Great location. The lobby is gorgeous and one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the dated rooms with average cleanliness. I found a pair of used socks next to my bed! Also a woman’s hair thingy. Not cool. I would recommend only if you find a great deal and care about location. Oh, and they partially honor Expedia perks. I got a drink voucher but not upgrade and the hotel was quite empty.

Nice historic property. Stay was not super amazing, but it was clean and just historic. We felt safe staying here. The property was in the middle of everything, so nice to be central. Staff was always out front, which helped with feeling safe. Bathroom was very small and fine, but definitely not modern or nice.

This is a very old property, but very impressive. It looks like a museum. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was good and the location was awesome, close to everything.

Common areas are spectacular, rooms OK.

This is a beautiful hotel, clearly with a lot of history. The (basic) rooms are pretty dull, and could do with a refurb, and I wasn't too impressed that we (and other customers) were still made to wait 30 mins for our room to be made available, even turning up at 5pm. The hotel offered 2 soft drinks by way of apology. The location isn't bad - the immediate area is full of nightlife (but didn't impact noise in the room) if that's your thing, and it's a 10-30min walk to Roma / La Condesa, and a 30min bus+metro trip to Centro.
