While this hotel is convenient to many parts of the city, it was not a particularly comfortable place to stay. The bed was painfully hard; the room was noisy from the street below, but also from the "loving" guests in the room next door at 3 AM. The staff was friendly when addressed, but seemed so busy with paperwork, etc., they rarely looked up from their desk. This made us wonder about the security of the place since you did not need to present a key or anything to get upstairs. Towles and sheets were dingy, pilled, and thread worn. The room was spacious (suite), the shower was good enough, but all in all this is not a place worthy of four stars. After three nights of very bad sleep, we forfeited four pre-paid nights and found another place.

Usualmente este lugar es mi preferido. Pero esta vez, enfrente unos inconvenientes. Se escucha la música de los alrededores y no para hasta las 6 de la mañana 😕. Fui hospedado en el piso 8th y solo un elevador funcionando para todo el edificio.

Este hotel no es para estar con menores está en toda la zona rosa y no puedes dormir del ruido tan fuerte en todo el hotel, solo escuchas peleas y si estás caminado en familia solo es olor a marihuna , el desayuno que está incluido no amerita al costo que pagas tuve que irme al otro día a otro hotel

The breakfast was a 5 on a scale 1 to 10 one elevator was working and it slow . we had requested rooms close to each other, and they completely forgot about it, but they ended up correcting it.

Ruined by loud music

The hotel is OK, nothing special, although the staff are very friendly. However, in certain rooms it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep. There is extremely loud reggaeton and dance music coming from the street until 3.30 am, every night. Sometimes it was so loud you could feel the vibrations. I feel the hotel should at least warn guests about this before the book.

A nice little hotel in the middle of Zona Rosa. Everything is right around the corner. Can be loud at night but I had no problems with the window shut.
