Todo el personal es amable y el lugar estå limpio. El desayuno es sencillo pero estå rico. La unica queja fue que llegamos a terminales distintas y del front desk nos dijeron q teniamos q estar en una sola terminal para el transporte complementario, cobraban lo mismo por un taxi al hotel que uno a la otra terminal. Luego del transporte nos dicen que pudieron haber pasado por las dos terminales. Yo habia escrito con anticipación para preguntar acerca de esto y no tuve respuesta. Espero q mejoren su servicio de respuesta online pronto y su comunicación por teléfono con los huespedes

Location is great for a night stay before heading to the airport. They have a complimentary shuttle that was on time. My main complaint was that rooms had been serviced but no towels were available. We checked in at 4 pm and requested them by 4:30 pm. Reception lady said that they would be delivered soon. I witnessed a request by other guest while checking in and the same was said to him. No apologies from the lady. By 6 pm no towels have been delivered so I went down to the reception to complain. The reception lady was silent, again no hospitality at all. Thanks to the bell boy (Eduardo) who jumped in to tackle the request and got us the towels right on the spot. It was not a Marriott way of being treated.

Airport transportation says free 24hrs. I had to pay when returning to airport because staff said service started at 6am aand I needed to be earlier at airport. I was given a room 5hat was already occupied. imagine m6 surprise and that of who was inside! It was a staff mistake and I had the right room later

This is a good option when visiting Mexico City. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was easy to use (it is only about a 10 minute ride to the airport). The hotel is about a 20 min Uber ride to Zocalo Square. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and met my needs. The room service was ok...the food was average and not really the value for what I paid. However, you don't go to Mexico City for room service LOL, there are many fabulous restaurants and street vendors to try. Room service should only be used as a last option...which is what is for me...room service is open 24 hours. The continental breakfast each morning was very good. I loved the mini waffles and fruit options. A few tips for some new international travelers...most Latin American countries don't use wash clothes, so pack your own or get ready to use a hand towel for your shower or washing your face. Also, many hotels aboard are using the hotel key card to control the power in the room. Look for a slot on the wall near the door to place your hotel key card inside and then you will be able to turn on the lights. All and all a good and convenient option while visiting Mexico City.

Shuttle service was prompt and hotel accommodated sending the driver to pick up us using e -mails instead of phone call. Room was terrible noisy and we had no much sleep time. Bed comfortable but pillows were not. No hand towels neither face clot. Body towels were very thing and thread bare, toilet was not clean properly, bathroom door did not close. I pick this hotel because the mini fridge in the room.
