I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I was disappointed by the confusion around the breakfast policy. At the start of my stay, a staff member said it was fine to bring breakfast to my room. A few days later, a kitchen worker told me I wasn’t allowed to—unless it was outside food I bought myself. I explained that breakfast was included in my booking, but he said it was complimentary. I spoke with the manager, who said I could only take coffee and bread to the room, not the full breakfast, due to concerns about insects. Oddly, outside food is allowed, which doesn’t make much sense. There were also no signs about this policy. This inconsistency was frustrating and could’ve been avoided with clearer communication. Aside from that, the hotel was clean and staff were polite. I hope they work on making their policies more clear for future guests.

We spent most of our day exploring the city. When it came time to rest, this hotel didn’t disappoint. It was a clean establishment and the beds were comfortable. Pretty peaceful. We also loved that the company we booked a hot air balloon ride for, had a stop at this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. It this close to Basilica. We walked down the camellón for a good 30 minutes with a good pace. Felt safe and the walk was worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Worse expey

Worse experience!!! I had previously call to check if they could pick up from airport and they had indicated yes—after making the reservation they indicated no. They also said they could take us places within 5mile radius —they indicated that they had specific time to do that. We requested 2 cribs for the 4 rooms that we had reserved and they indicated that it was first come first served—even thought we tried to check in at 12pm. They also did not had the handicap room we requested ready. One of the four room the comforters were really dirty.

Está muy bien conectado al centro de la ciudad y a la Zona Rosa, lo cual hace más facil los traslados, además de que el buffet para el desayuno es variado durante la semana, todo muy rico

The staff were all excellent. They were very friendly and nice, especially Ricardo who was very polite and assisted us with our needs. The room are clean and well kept. They clean the room and changed our towels everyday. They even refilled our toiletries without being asked. All areas of hotel are very clean, the lounge, dining area and hallway. I liked that the hallway smells nice. They ensure all the floors are clean. They have a very good variety of foods for breakfast and good varieties for drinks. We liked that they have a free shuttle going to the Basilica. They also offer a free storage luggage in case your flight is on a later time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
