The apartment was good. It is in a nice area. The only problem was the shower. It was warm for literally one minute. Then the warm water was out and became cooler and cooler. Each time it was probably less than three minutes before it was too cold to tolerate. It was very stressful to take a shower. The bathroom sink did not drain well either. Water stayed in the sink when just to wash hands. During our third day of stay, there was water on the floor. We had to call and send a message to the owner of the apartment. Two nice ladies came over and find a small hole in the seal of the shower door. They cleaned up and told us how to avoid the problem. We complained about the coldness of the shower before they left. One of the ladies checked on something in the utility closet and we finally had a warm shower for the last day of stay.

We are a family of four and stayed here from Sunday night to Friday morning (5 nights). We were given one towel each for the entire stay—no hand towels or face towels. We found this unhygienic. When we requested additional towels, we were told we could a replacement, but they would swap out the used towel. That’s fine, as we have no need for the used towel. However, guests should be informed in advance that they will only receive one towel per person for a 5-night stay, so we can at least bring our own. The listing also shows pictures and advertises that the sofa can be used as a bed to sleep on. Our son agreed to sleep on the sofabed and so we repeatedly asked for sheets for the sofa bed — three nights in a row — and never received them. The most frustrating part was the communication with the main property manager, Carlos. The listing says to call or text him, but he never responded to any of our messages. This was extremely disappointing—at the very least, there should be the courtesy of a simple reply. As you can imagine, when people go on vacation they have high hopes, and they count on the place they book to at least communicate clear expectations — otherwise the trip ends up being far less enjoyable.

The apartment is beautiful and everything was clean, host can work on communication though, took to long to answer, we asked for new towel (weather was to humid and rainy so towels wouldn't dry) but never got an answer to our request.

Wonderful apartment that was ideal for my daughter and I on four day trip. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely situated outside of downtown, but near enough for a quick Uber ride. Nothing was lacking, and if I return to MC, I would definitely go back to this apartment.

A few friends rented a few units in this building, which is nice for everyone to have their own space but still feel like they are together. We had unit 102b and would not recommend anything on the ground floor. It is extremely muggy and my clothing was constantly damp. We ended up moving to a higher floor and it was not damp at all. The location is loud at night with a lot of street traffic noise (honking, ect). Would not recommend to light sleepers

Wow, this stay exceeded my expectations. It was my first time booking an apartment-style hotel with a virtual front desk, so I was a bit nervous. The night before check-in, I tried to reach out for the buzz code since the confirmation email said the entrance codes would be sent within 24 hours—but I hadn’t received anything, and there was no response on WhatsApp either, which worried me. Fortunately, the next morning during their business hours, I got a reply and received all the necessary codes. From that point on, everything went smoothly. The value is amazing—you get a full suite with a kitchen (even though we didn’t use it, it was nice to have, lol), not just a standard hotel room. Staff were also friendly and helpful—they helped us store our luggage after checkout. Tip based on my experience: The best way to reach them is through WhatsApp during their business hours—they respond quickly then. I’ll definitely come back to Mexico City (because I absolutely loved it!) and would happily stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for us (2 persons), it has the necessary amenities for the 8 days that we were there. The support the administrator and cleaning ladies gave was great. *The only down side is the communication before the travel was kind of difficult with the office that administers the property.

Absolutely awful experience – stay away

We had one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had here. The property never sent check-in instructions. Only after we reached out did someone respond—and only via WhatsApp, not through Hotels.com. Even worse, the access code they gave us was wrong. We were locked out for hours and only gained entry at 2am, after several unanswered messages. There is no concierge or reception, just a WhatsApp number that’s only monitored between 10am and 4pm. If you need help outside those hours, good luck. Things got even worse at checkout. Not only were they unaccommodating, but they actually sent cleaners into our room an hour before checkout, trying to kick us out early. Completely unprofessional. To top it off, when we contacted Hotels.com for help, their customer service was shockingly unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they pushed us to switch to a cheaper hotel in a random part of town, with no concern for our safety or preferences. The agents were pushy and dismissive, offering no real solution. We booked through Hotels.com expecting a vetted property and reliable support—neither delivered. As a Silver member, this was incredibly disappointing. Avoid this property, and think twice about relying on Hotels.com if something goes wrong.

We had an excellent stay at this property in Mexico City. The location was excellent and easily walkable to great local neighbourhoods that were both safe and had many dining/cafe/bar options. The building itself is very safe and quiet. Two things I would highlight are that there isn’t an air conditioning unit (we didn’t need one, the evenings are cool enough for open windows, but if you’re sensitive to hot weather) and that the hot water tank for the shower was quite limited and exhausted quickly. Besides that, the place was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back myself in the future. Thank you for the great stay!
