Beautiful property! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The staff set up airport pick up and drop off when given a 24 hours advance. I highly recommend!

I had to ask for a fan because the room felt hot. There were no telephone in the room so we had to walk to the lobby for questions and concerns. The room still had a modern feel and was big and comfortable.

This is a very nice place to stay! I would definitely stay again, but I would want a room with a balcony. There wasn’t AC in the room which wasn’t awful, but the window also did not open. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

There are no microwaves or traditional mini fridges in rooms which makes keeping leftovers hard. That I noticed, there’s no where to get ice, but they did have a few concessions at the reception desk for purchase. There is a cafe attached to the hotel that has good options. All in all, great experience.

A wonderful hotel! The WiFi signal in my room (209) was almost non-existent, and I didn’t have a mini fridge. The 2 other rooms for guests in my party had great WiFi and a mini fridge. I’d totally stay there again! But avoid room 209. Also, the staff was super friendly and the hotel is really nice.

Everything was good. Getting there late at night the person at the front desk had some music going with some inappropriate language, but nothing I haven’t heard before. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday but when it was, the lady did a fantastic job. The hotel is really nice and I was travelling alone, so it was private and nice. No A/C in the room so it did get a little stuffy, but I just opened the sliding glass door to the courtyard. Overall, great staff and facilities. I apologize that my Spanish wasn’t better.

I loved everything about it. It's beautiful property, especially the cleanliness. Their service was excellent very accommodating. All staff is fluent in English. Loved all the amenities. There is a cute cafe next door that is accessible from the inside of the hotel. It's open early morning to late at night. Easy access to the heart of the city. Always felt safe and took uber to and from hotel. Also very close to airport.
