I wasn't expecting to carry the luggage, first floor is actually the second, with no elevator, don't be misguided. Wifi worked all the time, a/c is convenient, and area is very nice, diverse options of restaurants, closeby supermarket, bakeries and Italia ice cream place.

I didn’t know what to expect in the area and the room. Once I got there, I felt at home. It is very cozy. I wasn’t able to book the biggest rooms, however, it was perfect for the two of us. It was very secure, it has everything we needed, and it was very cute. Check out and check in was very easy. I felt comfortable leaving my valuables, vs some hotels I don’t. I will definitely Book with this property again, when given the chance. 1000% recommend your stay be here if you’re looking for something comfy, and safe. The staff also communicated with me efficiently prior, during, and after my stay.

La cama esta mal puesta se safan las paletas, no se puede tirar el papel en el WC (baño) estuvimos allí 5 días y el basurero es tamaño mini (fatal) tomando en cuenta que no te hacen la limpieza, si lo quieres es costo extra y nuestra estadio fue de 5 días 4 noches. Muy buena ubicación, muy linda la decoración y los amenities de cafe, te etc.

We loved staying in such a cute and super well-designed condo. Everything was perfect, and all the small details were present. The kitchen is completely functional, with coffee and tea options, and the dining table had a bottle of wine and two glasses upon our arrival. Everything worked perfectly, and the attention to detail was impeccable. We will definitely return!

Great Stay!

This place was amazingly located and very comfortable. Getting into the unit was great and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The bed was amazing comfortable - and I slept very well. I do recommend earplugs and an eyemask as CDMX is generally a loud place- especially if you book this particular room for its balcony. The small kitchen is equipped at a basic level and suitable for boiling water and making coffee - which honestly is all you need if your stay is under a week in CDMX - because you can eat out every day and not get bored! You may need to get some kitchen items (paper towels, dish towels, etc) if you plan to use the kitchen for more than just coffee.

Perfection! Very attractive, well designed, and functional studio apartment. The large windows with balconies gave a great view of the neighborhood, and let in extra light. Walk to all the museums and wonderful restaurants.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el departamento es muy bonito y comodo, los anfitriones super atentos y responden de inmediato. Solo tiene un detalle con la regadera, en ocasiones se iba el agua caliente un par de minutos y luego regresaba. Fuera de eso todo lo demas estuvo excelente.

Me hubiese gustado saber que es un Airbnb y no un hotel boutique o aparta hotel. Cómo hay tantos en Polanco pensé que este era uno más. Adicional sugiero un aire acondicionado en la habitación o uno de más btu ya que en el cuarto hacía calor. La comunicación fue excelente y por eso les di mejor puntaje.
