The room was in good condition. The bathroom shower floor needed better cleaning. On checking in late we were not given details of the door digital lock so it took some fiddling until we received instructions the next day. There was no hot water the last two days. The staff did provide us with a room where we could shower the last day. The room had just been checked out from and had not been cleaned. There was one coffee pod provided when we arrived which was not replaced the next day. We needed to ask at the desk every day for a replacement. There were two towels provided and one rag. After three days we needed to ask for the towels to be replaced.

Nuestra experiencia en este lugar fue terrible de principio a fin. Al llegar, nos asignaron un cuarto que no tenía agua caliente. A pesar de reportarlo de inmediato, no nos dieron solución hasta el día siguiente, por lo que pasamos un día entero sin poder bañarnos con agua caliente. Cuando finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación, el nuevo cuarto apestaba fuertemente a cigarro, a pesar de que el hotel presume ser “libre de humo”. Pedimos otro cambio y, aunque el tercer cuarto al fin tenía agua caliente, la televisión no funcionaba. En general, el servicio es deficiente, la atención lenta y las instalaciones dejan muchísimo que desear. No se preocupan por la comodidad del huésped ni por resolver los problemas con rapidez. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia. Hay muchas mejores opciones en la zona, con mejor servicio, limpieza y mantenimiento por el mismo precio o incluso menos.

Not a good hotel… not hot water, tv not working, first room was “smelly” and safe box was locked. On top of all that elevator was broken . Staff was helpful and accommodated me on the first floor… Overall this hotel is over rated
