The rooms was great! The front desk staff very helpful! BUT no joke on the noise—they are doing construction 2 doors down so, if the kids from the University dont wake you up in middle of night, the construction will! (Who knew they could make noise until 10:30/11:00)

Very easy check-in because there is a person at the front desk, unlike many small places. Amazing rooftop. The place is small but very functional and really good attention to detail. It's at the edge of condesa so a short walk to the heart of it. 100% would go back

The hotel is in a very noisy area and the walls are incredibly thin. It was impossible to sleep or get any rest so I left after the first night and stayed in a different area. Also, requesting basic items was a hassle since I am not fluent in Spanish.

Great location and great room! It also has an amazing rooftop! Areas of improvement: Not consistent presence at the front desk (you don’t have a “key”, so you can’t get in yourself and have to wait for someone to let you in the building), and they don’t give you a new towel every day (you have to bring old wet towels downstairs and then they’ll exchange and give a new one but you may not always have time in a rush)

The area is nice but the room was too noisy with the university in front, the room was a bit dirty when we arrived, we specifically asked them not to enter to clean for the duration of our stay and they went inside the room several times to remove the garbage without informing. The dryer didn’t work.

I pretty much enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was very clean, and the hotel is close to restaurants and grocery stores in the area. One thing I didn't like was the walls are not very sound-proof. You can hear your neighbor's talking at night.

The apartment was clean. Location is okay, within walking distance to great restaurants.However, if you are looking for a quiet place at night, for rest, this is definitely not a place to stay. The traffic and the neighbouring dogs are extremely loud. There is no parking at this “hotel” and it’s tricky to find. Furthermore, the hotel’s name, as it’s advertised on Expedia, is no longer. The number of the building is also not outside the hotel, which made me loose over an hour of my day, to find it. The hotel is located straight across a university, so during the day there is a lot of noise and bumper to bumper traffic. The air conditioning was not working, during our stay, so it was extremely hot in our apartment, even with the windows open at night. Aside from the cleanliness, which was my favourite part, I would definitely not stay there again .

Had a really nice stay here. Friendly staff, felt very safe with front door staff. Clean and nice facility, overall quiet. Beautiful rooftop patio. Great location for getting around Condesa and Roma neighborhoods.

Conveniently located close to Metro Patriotismo. Away from the crowds and noise of downtown Mexico City but within easy reach. Very friendly staff. I would certainly go back.
