Metcalfe Hotels with Parking

I booked two superior queen rooms because they were supposedly soundproofed - they weren’t. No staff anywhere - to check in ring a number. Did not see one member of staff at anytime. My room had no coat hangers, the wall lights did not work. When I rang to notify them they didn’t care. Also didn’t care about my daughter’s remote for split system which did not work. No offer to fix the problem. Also in her room no cover over light in ceiling fan - aesthetics aside - dangerous for children. Ceiling fans very dusty - couldn’t use. The traffic noise was horrendous. Rooms 7 and 8. I could go on. Don’t put fittings in rooms if you are not going to maintain them and have them in working order. What’s the point people?

Loved the room which had very up to date equipment. Beautiful furniture, & big comfortable bed,

Eddy was a great host. The place was lovely.

Easy parking, and close to Woolworths and the town, room had clean bed and towels, although the cutlery and water was dirty.

Clean well equipped cabin. Good tv coverage. Quiet and peaceful.
