The villa is in a beautiful traditional small village called Leukochora Messinias, near Kalamata. The villa, which is on three levels, is 200sq meters on a 1,300sq meters plot of land with a swimming pool.
The main entrance is on the first floor and has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is an independent flat with a small living room, with a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
