Staff was awesome. Amenities outside of the hotel, breakfast, pool, kids area and etc were fantastic. In the room the wifi was very slow and the parking on weekends was bad. Staff was great at helping my family and I. Would stay again for sure. The breakfast is unreal. Freaking amazing breakfast and pool.

A área de lazer do hotel é excelente, mas falta organização e manuntenção no predio principal. A ausencia de janelas antiruido prejudica o sono dos quartos voltados para a avenida. Solicitamos reacomodacao para quarto do outro lado e fomos atendidos. O cafe da manha é bom, mas absolutamente repetitivo.

Cheaper alternative to the resort but with caveats

Great alternative if you want to access the resort facilities, the building is a bit old and under some maintenance. There were some times we had to ask for towels and they needed to go to the laundry to get clean ones. The room service only do basic cleaning and fit the beds.

Falta de consideração com o cliente

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura. Piscina ao lado da praia, café da manhã completo. Atendimento da recepção e funcionários deixa a desejar. Gostaria de deixar registrado minha insatisfação com a questão do final de ano. Eles estão cobrando R$750 por pessoa para a festa. Caso você não queira participar da festa, você perde o acesso a estrutura do resort a partir das 19h (mesmo que você tenha pagado a sua diária no hotel, não pagando a bagatela de 750 reais, você perde os seus direitos). Gostaria de entender se isso é justo para as pessoas que não querem participar da festa. Aliás, não sei se os donos do resort estão sabendo, mas estamos em época de pandemia e pelo volume de pessoas que eles estão alocando no local pequeno da festa, isso é aglomeração. Um absurdo.

Não confunda com o Resort

O nome do hotel confunde. O Jatiuca Suites Resort não faz parte do Jatiuca Resort. Vc pode utikizar a área de lazer e fazer as refeições na área do resort, mas vc fica hospedado no prédio fora do Resort com entrada distinta. Ar condicionado de um dos cômodos pifado. Sem pilha num dos controles remotos da TV. Existe apenas um controle, embora o quarto possua dois aparelhos (pois são dois cômodos) Duchinha enferrujada. Corda do varal mofada. Porta do banheiro estufada. Luz branca. Toda demanda aberta tínhamos que cobrar. Não tinha previsão de conclusão de nada. O carro a maior parte do tempo fora do estacionamento privativo. Sem maleiro para carregar as malas. Café da manhã distante. Apesar da boa vontade dos funcionarios, falta treinamento.

Falta de limpeza nos quartos, principalmente piso. Portas com dificuldade de abrir e fechar. Creio que encomodava os quartos vizinhos com o barrulho que fazia ao fecharem. Precisa puxar com muita força.

Pé na areia e som do mar à noite

O resort é mto bonito e bem cuidado. Equipe de garçons amigável, gastronomia excelente, área de piscina e entretenimento excelentes. O Slaviero está defasado. Quartos não mto confortáveis, banheiro abafado sem respiro, toalhas super encardidas, corredor ilumina o quarto a noite pelas frestas da porta. A limpeza é precária, dia 24 dez a camareira não limpou os banheiros. No geral é um bom hotel em Maceió. Grande e paisagismo maravilhoso.

Pontos positivos: os hospedes tem acesso à melhor area de lazer de maceio (Jatiuca Resort), com ampla area verde e piscinas; quarto de bom tamanho, dividido em 2 ambientes. Pontos negativos: checkin demorado; quarto nao estava pronto, mesmo tendo chegado 1h apos o inicio do horario; barulho nos quartos voltados para a avenida; ausencia de copa baby, apesar de constar como disponivel
