Clean and also friendly staff. Our body wash was empty upon check in snd we had to use shampoo! Disappointed there was no coffee maker or microwave but there was a small fridge...odd.

The breakfast was good, parking is convenient, but overall my favorite thing about it its the atmosphere, the attention to detail on the bedrooms ! Very beautiful hotel hands down! The staff is friendly and very welcoming

Requested early check in upon booking. Called a week ahead to confirm early check in. Upon arriving the lady at the front desk was very rude. Said there were no rooms available, did not check her computer and the parking lot was empty. We ended up not staying the night after my best friends wedding and returning home that night.

Everything about our stay was excellent-friendly service from the minute you walk in to the time you leave. A very modern hotel that feels clean and fresh. Annette hosts breakfast and is amazing. Such a fun an bubbly personality. Breakfast felt like you were eating at a restaurant with such high quality service.

Stayed here as an alternative to actually staying in Chicago for the Chicago marathon. The front desk staff was very friendly and also friendly to the other guests as they came by. The room was simple but nice & clean and really liked the large walk-in shower. Would stay here again during a very busy Chicago weekend!

The hotel is clean and lovely-great breakfast! THE STAFF!-Annette, Kira &Tee! We will never forget you! We were staying there while working through an illness/death in our family and mentioned it as we added several more days to our stay They didn't simply provide amazing service, they provided love and care and uplifting words and glorious compassion! Thank you for providing this comfortable safe haven!

Had a nice, modern look. Annette the breakfast attendant had such a positive, enthusiastic attitude and made breakfast fun. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but not bad. I would stay here again.
