I wouldn’t let my dog get a room there. Rats don’t even want to be over there. I cannot believe how ignorant and unprofessional management was. My first night there a little girl got kidnapped in front of the holel. As I check in some crazy lady said someone is in a black Camaro trying to take Her. Everytime I asked for help management told me it’s not my problem quote for quote. Others asked for help and they also got terrible treatment

Never got new towels. I have expensive clothes and I do not wash with hot water. They had the hose switched and the manager said “that’s not my problem” I asked who to talk to about this and he wouldn’t tell me. He literally refused to help me. He then swapped the hoses himself and said it’s cold now. I said the washer already fillled up it’s a done deal, he wouldn’t even give me 4 quarters back for THEIR mistake. If I pay to stay here. I ont expect to do maintenance as well. Not to mention. Nothing is up to code

I was there for only 3 days and found the room floors had never been swept or even close to it, and bathtub had scrum and leftover hair on the side of the tub, the toilet seat was unstable, person could far easily fall off.Front desk person is hard to understand during a conversation.The only plus was parking it was properly lit.

Pictures are deceiving. We picked the King suite with jet tub and were told Expedia had the wrong images for the room selection and to tell Expedia. Nothing was done by Super 8 to fix it. The hotel is very run down, not sound proof at all and has strong smoke smell. Our room wasn't serviced nor did we get enough towels. I will not stay here again.

First hotel I ever stayed in that had their "welcome" staff behind bullet proof glass! That made me want to turn around and leave. The breakfast was cereal, coffee and juice. The rooms were dusty and the bathroom door had a hole punched in it and it was badly fixed. There literally was a dead cat in the parking lot that I told the staff about, but it was still there the next day, so clearly they didn't care. The ice machine was broken. The "art" was painted on the wall with a frame around it. Really would never stay there again.

This place is disgusting. The room was not cleaned at all and I felt extremely unsafe. Manager refused to refund. I’m going to be calling the health department on this disgusting place. Run far away. Stay literally anywhere but here.

The staff was very nice. The room looked clean but my feet were very dirty walking on the floor. The bathroom door didn’t close it hit at the top jamb.
