If there were an option to give minus five stars for the front desk staff, that’s exactly what I would choose. When I arrived at this hotel, exhausted after a long trip, the so-called clerk at the front desk treated me in the rudest way I have ever experienced in my life.
He hurled every obscene insult imaginable at me—apparently because I dared to wake him up. On top of that, he told me that he had canceled my reservation, which I made through Expedia.com, entirely on his own initiative without even informing me, simply because he “decided” I wasn’t going to show up.
I have never seen service this disgraceful before, and I hope I never will again. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate who was on duty that day and take the strictest possible action. The entire experience was so revolting and disgusting that words can hardly describe it.
