i booked here on a weekday night. check in was quick. got upto my room and the key card didn’t work. whatever, it happens. went back down and got a new one. got into the room and found a dead bed bug ontop of the comforter. again, it happens. i requested a new room. the second room i got had a full torso imprinted in the headboard from someone doing the nasty. checked the sheets and they were clean so i delt with it as it was late and i needed to check out early. got up early to shower, and read an inscription off of the fogged mirror that was telling whoever passed to “come f me in room ****” told the front desk at check out and she told me management would be in contact. i haven’t spoke to management 3 days later after constantly being told to call at a certain time, only for them to tell me to call back again. finally got told i will get compensation for 10k points which isn’t even half of what i spent to book the hotel in the first place. as a 4.5 hotel that i constantly hear positive things about, i genuinely expected more out of my stay
