Fantastic staff! From front desk to bar to cleaning personnel, you couldn’t ask for better people! We enjoyed the tranquil surroundings, a convenient store next door for snacks/waters/etc, and a laundry service just around the corner. Only a short walk to the Plaza Grande, Santa Lucia park, Parque Hildago, parque de la Plancha, and Paseo de Montejo.

It was a beautiful place. As soon as you entered everything was so decorated with a purpose. The lap pool was beautifully placed. The staff was always available and sweet. Location, location, location. You were close to everything. In the corner a bar with a great salsa music.
