Me quedé una noche y la señorita Alondra me atendió muy bien en la recepción. La habitación de arriba fue un poco ruidosa por las noches y en la madrugada, las camas son firmes. El lugar es un espacio perfecto para una sola persona.

Not what I expected at all.

The pictures that are posted do not portray the reality of the hotel. The hotel is just average, not very clean, found cockroaches upon arrival and there was no staff to clean the up so we had to do it ourselves. The pool area is unkempt and sad looking. The pillows are super uncomfortable, stuffed into too small pillowcases that make them stiff and hard. I was very very disappointed.

From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly, the room was perfect and this Hotel is located in a great area close to the city center. When I return to Merida, this hotel is my top choice!
