The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome. It was good. Not excellent but we felt safe and we were comfortable. The hotel is hard to access, there is commercial offices on the first 2 floors. There isn’t signage telling you where the hotel parking is, or where the actual hotel entrance is. It’s weird. The write up in Expedia said it was pet friendly we brought our small dog. The cost to keep our dog was more than paying for another adult. There are other hotel choices in Merida that don’t charge extra for your pet, or it’s a minimal charge. Breakfast was excellent wait staff fantastic. Good business/Adult stay hotel.

Excellent quick trip to Mérida

Hotel was in an excellent location, with an amazing staff who were super helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, updated, with a very comfortable bed. Loved the rain-head shower. Hotel breakfast was so delicious!
