Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!

The property is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fabrizia(sp) was was a gracious host and accommodating. She provided us with valuable touristic information. The reason I took one star away from the rating was no exterior security lighting at night, especially climbing up flights of stairs was not safe. But we would still recommend this property. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Thank you Fabrizia.

Stayed 4 nights in October. Easy on/off highway. Although located close to the highways, background noise is very low and did not bother a light sleeper like me. Nice, clean rooms. Bed rather comfortable and loved the shower. Breakfast buffet nicely done with your daily choice of fresh pastries. Although outside Florence, there is a bus stopping right outside the drive way every 20 minutes. Bus ride takes 20 minutes. Closest stop about 10 minute walk to Vecchio bridge. Bus tickets available at the B&B. Kudus to the proprietor Fabrizia! Caring, friendly, and great introduction to the area, restaurants, bus connections and info material. We felt comfortable. Recommended location.

Good Stay for a Low Price

This was a nice stay for two quick nights. It was very warm though at night. They control the AC so you do not get to lower the temperature if you are warm and I will say the bed was a little uncomfortable. They had a nice breakfast spread for a great price in the morning. It was only about 5 euro per person and you got a lot. The owners were very kind and helpful with directions to the city and other locations. Another thing to note, you are right next to the freeway so it is a little loud.

Great value, short few bus stops from Florence.

Place was great. We came to see Florence and on the budget so we did not mind few stops on the bus to get there. Lady at the front desk (I do apologize but I forgot her name) was extremely helpful explaining absolutely everything we needed to know for our next day expedition. I can't stress enough how helpful she was so we thank you.

This property is very tired. It is very sterile in the decor category....not one picture on any wall in our room or the breakfast room. Our room & common dining room were very cave-like with inadequate lighting. We tried to sit outside but the noise from the autostrada & the constant horn honking from the back side of the property were less than relaxing. We were not allowed heat until 7pm.......We loved their cat!!!

Great place with friendly staff

We stayed for two nights and chose the location as it was close to the venue of a wedding we were attending in Impruneta. The staff were super friendly and were happy to help us navigate our way into town & to the wedding. The breakfast was lovely with the added bonus of fresh hot crossaints served to our table! We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a big group with rental cars, she provide us with details instruction to go to town and avoid getting fine for going into the restricted areas. We were running out of gas at night, she went out with us to show the nearest gas station so we won't get lost at night. Clean rooms and very nice breakfast. The location is convenience, close to town and next to the highway exit. It was a wonderful stay !

Amazing B&B with great access to the Autostrada for easy day trips to the countryside and a bus stop just outside for easy access to Florence. The breakfasts for great and the staff was just phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay, highly recommended

This B&B was fantastic! Elisabetta and Fabrizia were very friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The new memory foam mattress was amazing and the breakfast was the best we had throughout our week in Italy. The B&B is located outside of Florence in a nice scenic area of Tuscany and very convenient to the bus stop to get to and from the city. Would definitely stay again next time in Florence!

Stay at a Tuscan villa close to downtown Florence

Some people might prefer to stay in the heart of the city and walk around, which is fine, but you end up in a small, old room, noisy and probably expensive for what you get. We did that the first time we were in Florence. For our next stay we wanted a more Tuscan experience, and that's exactly what this B&B delivers. It's really like staying in your own private villa in the Tuscan hills. The surroundings are beautiful. The building is modern yet traditional and comfortable. Service is amazing. The owners really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Late arrivals, special requests, tips for things to do - nothing was a problem. We felt like staying with friends. We got a four-bed room, which was two connected rooms. One had a full kitchen, which we did not include in our package (it's a bit extra). The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, with modern high-quality accessories like the radio by our bed. A/C, fast wifi, minibar, safe in our room, free breakfast with cook-to-order eggs, etc. etc. Everything was wonderful. It may seem out of the way on a map if you have never been to Florence, but it is really convenient. The bus took 20 minutes to get us to SMN train station downtown. The hotel sells bus tickets and the bus stop is literally outside the hotel. A taxi from Ponte Veccio to the hotel was less than 15 minutes and less than $20.
