Magnificent newly renovated Villa with sea views

Villa Fenicia is a complex of six large, fully independent and spacious villas. It's ideal for a family holiday with children or a getaway with friends.
The residential area is very quiet and peaceful. It features shared garden areas, a large outdoor swimming pool, and a fantastic built-in BBQ.

The house is fully equipped and distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a newly renovated kitchen, and a fantastic porch where you can enjoy breakfast with sea views.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet, as well as another large terrace with sea views.

Son Parc is an exclusive residential area in the north of the island, perfect for families and golf lovers, as it has the island’s only 18-hole golf course.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the house – a setting of dunes and crystal-clear waters.
