The place was outdated. The safety box was broken and out of the wall. The shelving was falling apart. The shower wall was full of cracks that at least should have been filled. The location was excellent.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had not received my reservation, and that they had no rooms available. I had to find another hotel, again.

The hotel has a nondescript, plain lobby with a super welcoming and eager-to-help attendant; the room is rather simple but quite nice. It is located on a quiet side street, near many sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Mendoza.

This hotel has potential to be good, but it wasn’t clean and it was noisy. In a week, they only changed our bedding the night before we left, and we had to ask for clean towels, even though they said fresh every 3 days.

Good

Hotel has a great location to Plaza Italia and the other squares in Central Mendoza. Safe neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating of a concern we had. They were able to fix it and make it better. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but in need of an update. There is a lot of street noise but that seems to be endemic to the city itself.

The room was not well cleaned. The breakfast is taken to the room every morning (there is no fruit included). You have to select the time you need it the night before. I find it very inconvenient.
