The ground floor offers a large bedroom (queen-size bed) with an adjoining dressing room, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. The large living room with a TV adjoins the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). The laundry room has a washing machine and garden furniture (deckchairs, etc.). The upper floor offers a library area (board games, etc.) with a small balcony. Three large bedrooms with queen-size beds and a shower room with toilet.
INTERNET ACCESS - PETS NOT ALLOWED - NO PLUG-IN FOR HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES (plugging in is prohibited inside the house)
Bed linens and towels are not provided (fee-based service available upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a fee-based cleaning service can be arranged).
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned void (check) after the tenants' departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bath linen/set per person/one week: €5.
- Exit cleaning C609: €200.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
