Beautiful hotel and casino. About 50% of staff very friendly. the rest were inattentive and apparently lazy. For example we had to take iur own luggage cart to room from valet and two if them told us to bring it back down and not keave it in hall - despite a person obviously asleep in the valet office.

GOOD NIGHTS' STAY

This hotel is excellent, and the staff are all terrific. Room was boot camp clean and shower was wonderful. Only one drawback, parking was difficult as the parking lot is full and all handicapp spaces full. It was a Friday night and it is a casino so it's quite a long walk to the door if you go on a weekend; not too bad during the week. Rooms are very quiet; able to get a good nights' sleep. Beds are conformtable.

I love this Hotel. Its always peaceful and safe. Security patrols the parking lots all through the day and night. Staff is comparable to the best Hotels in Memphis and Arkansas. I would like to have a microwave for midnight snacking though. Thats the only negative in my opinion because sometimes i dont want to leave the room to go and get anything

We really liked the fact that there is no smoking in the casino and there are loads of gaming choices. Hotel check in was effortless with a very friendly and accommodating receptionist. The room is large, modern, very clean and comfortable. Great shower! Elevators are promptly available and speedy.

Did not clean the room during our stay.

I was disappointed because they did not come in and clean the room, even after we requested. We had to request for towels and dump the trash ourselves. Overall, the stay was nice and the receptionists were pleasant. I plan to visit again.

Overall stay was okay but it started out a bit rough. As soon as you enter you are greeted by a bomb sniffing dog and told to step away from our bags while he did his thing. No welcome, no explanation , pretty abrupt and rude. When I tried to explain they might have handled that differently I was met with excuses and indignation. Room was clean and well appointed. Restaurant options slim. We ended up ordering from the cafe as it was the only thing open. They somehow missed our order. We ordered at 11:15 and received a message the food was ready at 12:58. Thankfully it didn’t really take that long, it was actually 45 minutes. They did throw in egg rolls as an apology. Never got a spoken one. Also, we had 1 cocktail each, bar bill was almost $50! Definitely not Las Vegas lol.
