The space: This 1910's fourplex apartment building has tons of historic charm but with modern amenities and updates. The shared balcony upstairs is perfect for morning coffee. The unit itself is sophisticated and chic, with contemporary furnishings, vintage touches and original hardwood floors. Walk into a spacious and light-filled living room with a plush linen down sofa and big Roku TV. The vintage desk is the perfect spot to work from home. The bedroom down the long hallway is spacious and equipped with a new memory foam mattress. The small, narrow vintage bathroom is filled with vibrant color. The eat-in kitchen is recently renovated with funky tile, new cabinets and countertops, a retro Sputnik chandelier and a vintage bistro table. Laundry in unit.

The location: Super central Midtown location! Easy to drive anywhere in Memphis or Uber/Lyft. Private carport parking in the back of the building is provided, as well as easy and free street parking!

Other things to note: The building is very old and the bathroom in this unit is narrow and on the small side. If you feel this may be an issue, please feel free to book one of our downstairs units - the bathrooms are large and have just been completely renovated.

This was our second stay at this property and everything was just as perfect as the first. I definitely recommend working with Stephanie and staying at her property.

Perfect for short stay

We checked in while waiting for our to become available and it was a perfect, comfortable stay. Apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Stephanie was very easy to work with, we had to change our dates since our house became available earlier than expected and she walked us through the steps we needed to talk to save almost $800!
