What went well: Check=in was easy, the room was clean, the food was good. What went wrong: The pool was for 18and up which left our 3 kids very disappointed; there was a fire alarm at 2am with no elevators functioning so with our 3 kids we walked down from the 7th floor and stood outside while 5 fire engines checked the building. A false alarm. But we had no elevators except the service elevator for the rest of our stay AND we had no hot water after that either. The staff was apologetic, but ...

Beautiful hotel, just a bad luck weekend. Elevator broke down. A drunk person pulled a fire alarm causing evacuation in the middle of the night. No hot water the last day. Large leak in ceiling on the last day. Smell of weed on floor 7. People openly smoking weed in the courtyard.

I wish i could attach pictures we found boogers on walls and pubic hair on clean towels. Restroom floor smell like vomit. Although didnt placed the door card for cleaning was still disturbed in morning by housekeeping knocking on the door to clean and then talking loudly on their phones while cleaning other rooms. Worst experience ever. Fancy lobby but rooms are worst than 2 star. Broken lights on elevator buttons and only one elevator works.

The hotel looks like it's falling apart. From the rickity elevators to peeling paint and wallpaper. Our bathroom and room were filthy. And the food options were very disappointing

We stayed at Vitality one year ago. It looks to have been a hotel under a previous ownership that was purchased for renovation. Last year, our stay was decent. Entrance is still beautiful like in the pictures. This year our one night stay was awful. We were asked to use a service elevator because the other elevators were out of service. Bed was comfy but room carpet was dirty. Halls are dirty, not vacuumed. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Smells like mold on 4th floor. Drains are slow. Heating and cooling wasn’t working properly. Fan chirped all night and thermostat wasn’t working. Breakfast bar is no longer offered. We had high hopes last year but we won’t return again.

Tried to add one night, thst previous staff member had allegedly done. Different staff member was rude, nearly called me a liar, talked on the phone for over 15 minutes while we waited. Printed room keys worked poorly. No breakfast. Wouldn't stay here again.
