Our family booked this home for a gathering, but the property was not as described and several key amenities were unusable. The layout is perfect for larger groups. Upon arrival we discovered & reported there was no usable freezer due to the separate standing freezer being completely iced over. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator that does not have a freezer. The host suggested that we start to defrost the freezer ourselves. The next day maintenance moved the freezer outside to defrost it, leaving us with no freezer access during the stay, so we had to store food and drinks in ice chests. The refrigerator did not cool very well either. Before arriving the host confirmed there was a mixer, but there was not. The Pac-Man game did not work, the bunk room TV had no remote or power cord, & multiple light bulbs (including in the oven) were blown. The barstools were wobbly, the couch was dirty, & the dining room only has 5 chairs (8 were pictured).Basic supplies were missing (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen trash bags). The maintenance man replaced the bulbs & brought us some dishwasher pods. We had to buy kitchen trashbags ourselves. Outside there were no trash bins, and multiple trash bags from previous guests were piled behind the house with cats eating from them.Most of our issues were not resolved.I are sharing this information so future guests can make an informed decision about booking this home.
