Staff were wonderful. Room was clean. Nice full breakfast. Shuttle to & from the airport. Also shuttle to Graceland. Mexican restaurant a few feet from hotel. Reasonable Uber/Lyft to Peabody, Beale st., Pro Bass Pyramid, Stax & National Civil Rights museum. Overall decent hotel.

Not conveniently located.

The hotel was nice, but not conveniently located to the things we wanted to do and see. Transportation was required to get to the city. Housekeeping was not done daily, only by a 24 hour notice.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. Had issues with the remote and tv in the room. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely visit again.

Overall this Hotel is Nice. quiet. Comfy Bed feels great, and it’s convenient from everywhere I needed to go, I loved the showers and how the water pressure and water temps was just spot on perfect! Staff was great Cindy’s (manager) customer service phone etiquette and how she response to guest concerns could’ve been a lot more pleasant, first impressions is everything Now I did have a few concerns. THE WEED SMOKING is a bit too much to the people who don’t smoke or have breathing issues.had another concern but outside of that “OVERALL” I GIVE THIS PLACE A 8/10!! Oh yes! LOVE LOVE LOVE THEY USE DOVE PRODUCTS THATS a bonus! Great place!

The hotel sheets and towels were white and clean. The room was serviced well, beds made and trash emptied. Breakfast was sufficient but no fruit. Seating in the eating area was dingey The elevator lights flashed like at a disco. ☹️ The side entrance from gated parking needs a good cleaning. The hotel could use an upgrade.

The staff at this property are amazing!!! Superb customer service, easy check in and out and accommodating. Property is old/rundown, continental breakfast could use an upgrade.(no fruit, juice, very limited) Coffee and waffles were good. Lights in the elevator flicker, gaps at the bottom of the door(had to put a towel down for a noise barrier) lots of police activity at the Mexican restaurant next door. Secure gated parking area is a plus. Would stay there again due to the staff being amazing!
