Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds, after receiving room card at the front desk, upon entering the room it was a single king bed. It also appears there was some sort of malfunctioning with the computer system at check in. The representative had to complete the process between 2 stations, while multiple people were checking in and several staff members were doing the same.

The Friendliness of the Staff is so Awesome!. Well therebwas a young lady who was very respectful and helpful and so with the ladiea who worked at the Provision/Starbucks area. The only three things I did not like when there was a spill no one put out a wet floor sign for safety, the elevators was not working but only one and the bed i had was very hard.
