Booked this property via Expedia. Paid for the full booking at that time. On arrival out of staffing hours, it took about 45 minutes to check in and only due to the help of a kind resident. On eventually checking i was charged again for the room. Apparently the booking number with Expedia doesn’t work but clearly they know that as a problem and with no staff to help on site this caused a lot of anxiety after a day of travel not knowing if we would get the room paid for. So far, no response from hotel asking them to refund one of my two 100% payments made for a single booking.

Decent airport hotel, semi-staffed during the day. My room was a very decent size and comfortable enough for my one night. I didn't really use much else, but it's a good location for the airport. I noticed that there was no air-conditioning "to save the planet", however that ignored the fact that there was a massive radiator on the wall that probably uses much more energy in winter than an A/C unit that can powered by solar. I'm thinking the hotel doesn't want to invest in A/C....

I liked that the rooms are clean, newly renovated, and that the staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Natalie: Thank you for your help re check-in. The check-in itself can have some improvement as the automated service with the help of an automate outside the main entrance does not work if you book via Expedia. All other bookings (outside expedia) work properly. The rest is much better than expected, especially as it is in walking distance from the runway. Thanks for having me! Ray

Pleasant stay.

Parking is convenient and free of charge. Room is big and spacious. Simple room but good enough. Coffee and tea is available in the room with boiler provided. Very near the MEM airport. Very convenient. A good option for hassle free stay. Breakfast is chargeable around 12 euros per person which is very reasonable. The reception staff are helpful and approachable.

Room was clean and quiet 10 ☆ Location 10☆ Sunday after 5 check in 0☆ Never heard about hotel after 15:00 on Sundays no one is around and if your phone is not working you are doomed. After 24 h on road and not sleeping,locked door on a hotel where you booked room is last thing you want to see. We were lucky walker by was nice and placed call to a personal who was just 2 min. away. If you gonna run hotel business, 24 h reception should be available. It is a bit pricey since we stayed at Novotel Munich for same amount who by the way has 24 h receptionist available 24/7

This is a good 3 star hotel with quiet and clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is conveniently placed at walking distance from memmingen airport. The breakfast is standard self service with limited options, and acceptable nevertheless. I had difficulty with checking in the hotel. The hotel has staffed reception only for limited hours a day and put of hours one shoud register with the kiosk outside the hotel for access to the room. The problem is one needs the booking confirmation that is not shared in Expedia s statement when I booked my room on the app. Please ensure the information is included for the future customers.
