Room was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent gym and pool, comfortable bed. A few condiments, salt pepper, small amount of oil etc would have been appreciated. Lack of instant coffee ( not everone likes pods), no herbal teas and no option other than dairy milk was disappointing. Terrific hotel, magnificent location.

Lovely clean, spacious room with everything you could want, very helpful staff, and a great location. There's even sparkling water on tap in the lobby area if you're working. Will definitely be back!

Gorgeous accomodation in an ideal location. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was awesome! Staff at the reception were lovely and helpful and parking was convenient. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a lovely touch.

The room I chose was very clean, had a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, espresso coffee maker, large bathroom with hairdryer and bath products, comfortable bed and a view. The lobby space was large with comfortable seating and a complete barista coffee service. The location was right by the Queen Victoria Market and there’s a free tram that stops at all the tourist sites. And best of all the front reception staff were all friendly and quick to comply with any special request.

Checkin was a little stressful at 1am. Had been assured prior that it was easy access after hours. No one was there. Attempted to use the night call system but no-one answered. Just by chance another guest had come down stairs to reception to attract the attention of the night staff who was seated elsewhere on his laptop. He claimed he did not hear the night call. Bit of a false start but happy with the room and facilities overall. Staff friendly and were able to assist storing our luggage in lieu of a later checkout. So handy to the market and there is a beautiful French bakery down the alley next door to the hotel.
