Set on a large block, the fully fenced backyard provides ample space for kids to play, and an entertainer’s deck with BBQ and outdoor dining for warm summer nights.
The accommodation is ideal for families. The master bedroom features a built-in robe, and there is a large living room with a gas open fireplace. Two additional well-appointed bedrooms share the main living areas, and a separate, self-contained studio offers flexible space for extended family with its own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, plus air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to make meal prep effortless, and the dining area flows seamlessly to the deck for easy indoor-outdoor entertaining.
