Welcome to your luxurious McKinnon retreat! This spacious 6-bedroom home is the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private en-suite, and a walk-in wardrobe for added convenience. Bedroom 2 has a king single bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 each offer cozy queen-sized beds. Bedroom 5 has another king single, and bedroom 6 boasts two double beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind comfortably.
With three full bathrooms, everyone has ample space to refresh without waiting. The home’s two spacious living rooms provide multiple relaxation zones, one of which features a pool table, perfect for fun and games. Whether you’re lounging with a movie or engaging in friendly competition, these spaces offer plenty of options for unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, with modern appliances and plenty of room for cooking up group meals. Enjoy dining together in the adjacent dining area, or step outside to the private pool area. • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• We will contact you with check-in and key-collection details before your arrival.
• On Monday nights, ensure pull the bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the key(s) with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property).
* Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
