Park the car and walk to beautiful Safety Beach, an easy 5-minute stroll. This property is in a great location near the beach and shops and has been styled beautifully by our talented styling team. Set up with families in mind, we have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great-sized, fully enclosed yard, and a large balcony with outdoor dining. The kids will be entertained with the games room with a table tennis table and separate TV room.

Fully equipped kitchen.
Dining table for eight (bench seats in the kitchen for additional seating).
Open plan living space and two lounge seating areas that lead out to the balcony that captures the cool bay breezes.
Bedroom 1 - queen bed.
Bedroom 2 - queen bed.
Shared bathroom on this level with shower and toilet.
Evaporative cooling and ducted heating upstairs.

The layout of the house was great providing several areas for private or quiet time which was great.
Comfortable and well equipped; close to beach & restaurants. Great for families with children

Overall good
Two levels works well for two families. Easy walk to beach.
Was disappointed in the number of things that needed fixing eg only 1 out of 4 lights worked on balcony. Unable to use BBQ due to smell as it hadn’t been cleaned.
