The space
Inspired by nature and its simplicity, NESTE on 5th has a light and airy feel and is intentional with its minimalist aesthetic. Instead the calming space is filled with light, natural materials and neutral tones, to encourage a connection with the vast beautiful coastline beyond the walls.
Newly renovated with no details overlooked, our stunning weatherboard home is perfectly located within mere steps to the bay foreshore as well as the many nearby restaurant's, cafe’s and bar’s.
Inside the home, the open plan living, kitchen and dining area is framed by 4m pitched ceilings and is imbued with beautiful light and space. In the lounge there is a gorgeous wood burning fireplace as well as a split system for heating and cooling to keep you nice and comfortable whatever the weather. A complementary firewood bundle with kindle, matches & paper will get you started.
The chef of the house is also looked after as the well-equipped kitchen comes with quality appliances (including dishwasher) and a large waterfall island bench complete with bar stools for gathering around during meal prep. All the staples you'd need are provided including pantry basics, kettle, toaster, microwave and a much loved Nespresso coffee machine.
The main house comprises of three well-lit bedrooms, a main bathroom featuring a double rain shower, toilet and free-standing bath, and a separate powder room. There is also a European laundry complete with washer/dryer combo.
A separate retreat comprises of a fourth bedroom that includes a dedicated workspace, an ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe.
The living area opens up to the outdoor entertaining area which comprises a sun deck and lawn area complete with plush sunning chairs and an outdoor table with bench seating for alfresco dining.
