Horrible! Booked on VRBO/Wotif, received a booking reference number and itinerary number so thought all good. Never received check in info so contacted host via message on VRBO to be informed that the apartment was not available, even though I had all the booking confirmations and money debited from my credit card. was offered an alternative property by the host though not in a suitable area for our weekend. Two weeks later and no refund nor communication from the host so I've disputed the funds with my bank. Stay away if you'd like to keep your money! Do not recommend!!
