I travel for work every week and wanted to give this newly opened hotel a try - which I heavily regret. It was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. The elevator makes a sound as if someone’s constantly hammering in it. That noise kept me awake all night. The shower gel was empty upon arrival and the bathroom floor full of hair. When I asked to replace it and clean, I returned to the room to find a cleaning instruction sheet in my bathroom, the bathroom floor flooded, but not cleaned but at least the shower gel replaced. I didn’t want to bother with them anymore but won’t stay there again as a quite night sleep is important to me.

This hotel exceeded expectations, especially considering it had only been open for six weeks at the time of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the overall design and aesthetics were impressive, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. The bar and buffet offerings were also of a very high standard. I would gladly return in the future.

- Staff were so friendly and helpful no matter the time of day. - Space was very clean (no dust, no mold) and setup was aesthetically pleasing. The room we booked is best for couples IMO. - Location was central with none of the undesirables of Melbourne CBD.

Everything was excellent! I stayed on the 11th floor and the city view was absolutely beautiful—I loved it. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely prefer staying here rather than in the busy city center. The location in West Melbourne was also quite affordable, which made the experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! 😊

The staff were sincere and welcoming - their approach was unobtrusive but also thoroughly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable - just the place to unwind after busy conference days. My only suggestion would be to have a separate sheet, not just a quilt on the bed.

Nice and new. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly in the bar & restaurant. Excellent food. Our room was small for 4 people & we had to ask for the correct number of towels, but beds were comfortable & it had everything we needed. The hotel has only just opened. Would definitely stay again
