Front desk lady I believe she was a manager was wonderful. There was a guy there who was ok just seemed lost. Elevator is scary and out of date for expection. Everything was ok nothing special with the place it was convenient to the highway and all stores. Pool was warm.

The room was terrible! I actually think they have never replaced any of it contents since it was built! Our bed was disgusting the material was coming off and the rusted springs were sticking out all along the sides! The ceiling was patched in several places and the repairs were pealing away!

Everyone was nice (staff) and the location we liked along with the price for two days but the hotel was out dated and need remodeling. It just needs alittle help like the carpets, elevator, and the lobby area. But overall it was ok nothing major we did well with it for a two day trip.

There were no USB plugs anywhere , electric plugs where loss ,and shaky plugs under desk, , TV did not work had to move to another room, One of your employees told me there weren't any more rooms , The only employee that stepped up and help me was Javier , he was wonderful, he needs to be rewarded, and acknowledge . I would of walked out if not for him, beds , room everything else was fine , I am a 100% disabled veteran , when I ordered room I said I was handicap , first gentlemen put me on the forth floor , and he was very rude, when I ask him for a lower floor , he didn't even look , he looked at me and said that the only room we have , The You Javier for being helpful and pleasant

I like that it is pet friendly. The room and bathroom where dirty. Human hair and dirt on bathroom floor and in sink. Shower drain is clogged.
