Buyer Beware

The hotel room was ok upon arrival minus leftover hair in the bathroom. The real disappointment was having personal items stolen from my room when I was out. Having a thief on staff will make me hesitate to ever stay here again

Great place to stay for that next day early morning flight. Check in was fine, but our flight was pretty early and upon checkout there were "computer" issues and it took surprisingly longer than it should have to check out. The person working was pretty tired. Didn't get to experience the breakfast because it wasn't available prior to 6am which is fine. My suggestion, though, as the hotel is an airport hotel located yards from the terminal, that they keep the overnight person awake by having them set up breakfast for the people that have the early morning flights. The hotel room was clean, but the shower was one of the worst showers I have experienced as water pressure was non-existent.

The stay was ok I wish the maids understood what I was saying rooms were clean . I wanted adjoining rooms they didn't accommodate. Breakfast needs to improve overall I would stay again.

Amazing

This hotel was absolutely amazing, roomy, clean, comfortable, this hotel should be a 5 star, I'm going on a cruise and the hotels close to the port were very expensive, so I explored hotels reasonably priced but with at least a good rating, this hotel met my requirements but was 29 miles from the port, no problem since we have our own car and we'll drive to port parking, I'm so happy that things worked out.

Hotel staff were amazing. Everyone was very professional. The guy at the service desk was very attentive to the kids while they purchased cookies, and sodas. The cleaning crew made sure that we had towels, and trash bags. I'm so thankful as to how everyone from service desk to the security treated each guest with respect. It just makes you want to return to the facility every time.

The place to stay in Melbourne Florida

This hotel sparkles with cleanliness and modern appeal. It is a relatively new facility for Melbourne but highly recommended for any travel or stay. Breakfast was great and did I mention spotless. The manager, Carlos, was extremely accommodating and the hotel is pet friendly, which is a big plus.
