Clean and comfy rooms. There is a microwave oven in the room. Walking distance to Albert park and some nice coffee/restaurants, also tram station. The breakfast included was of very good quality. Coffee in house is good too! Will return!

Amazing rooms, clean and very modern! Breakfast included was great, with such a range of choices and the food was delicious. Staff were super friendly and helpful, highly recommend a stay here if you have an event nearby.

We were very impressed with our room and facilities. The tea and coffee options in room were great. Robes and slippers provided to compliment the wonderful room. Breakfast was wonderful and service was impeccable. We came back late and were offered tea or coffee at the reception bar, which was really nice. Plenty of dining options within a short stroll.

The whole experience was wonderful — from the room to the service staff and even housekeeping! They went above and beyond by warming my electric hot water bottle and placing it under the sheets for me, which almost brought tears to my eyes. The team at breakfast and the front desk were equally kind and super friendly. My daughter and I will definitely be staying again. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Hidden gem in South Melbourne

Great location, Anzac Stn tram hub , soon to have trains. Ideally suited for 3-4 nights stay, get breakfast incl - worth it. Suited my purposes 1 week stay.

I had booked Studio King and Hyatt Staff gave me keys to a standard room. Qhen i had questioned this with receptionist they had said Expedia falsely advertise the rooms and what i had paid for was incorrect. I eventually got the room advertised on Expedia and pre paid. Please ensure this is rectified and contact the Hyatt house Staff.
