We were awakened at the Fairfield Inn of Viera,FL at 4:30am by the sound of running water, that we thought was from our bathroom faucet, but upon inspection, turned out to be an upper floor(s) drain pipe located within our room’s walls according to the on duty manager. I asked for reasonable consideration (compensation) for losing our peaceful night’s sleep. We were only given a $30.00 refund by the Fairfield Inn, of Viera,FL against the $195.00 room cost. Not remotely reasonable! Hotel.com said it is powerless to encourage the Fairfield to offer more substantial compensation (like $100.00 credit).

The rooms were clean everything in side the hotel was spotless, breakfast was ready and plenty of food for everyone, from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping everyone on the team was amazing. Loved the outdoor pool and bar. We will tell everyone about this place.
