Great location, the room was a good size and well presented. The ammenities very good and the staff generally helpful. The overall service could be better to get a 5 star review, a couple of minor issues around the room heating and the room not being made up on one occasion could have been dealt with easier than it was. We were also going to be charged for valet of a car we didn't have, but sorted at check out. We stayed for a week

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our experience at the Dorsett Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable — nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was always clear, and access to all amenities was effortless, making our time there completely stress-free. A special mention goes to Aditga, the bar manager, and Susnant, the overall manager, who were both incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Their genuine hospitality truly elevated our stay. The service throughout the entire hotel was simply fantastic — we couldn’t have asked for more. We left feeling relaxed, valued, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
