Southern Cross Station is within walking distance, offering access to trains, SkyBus to the airport, and regional travel. A secure on-site parking space is also included if you`re driving.
To comply with building rules, local and state laws and, our insurance requirements:
- No smoking is permitted in the house.
- Never flick cigarettes or throw rubbish in the balcony.
- No noise after 10pm.
- Strictly no parties allowed.
We would also greatly appreciate it if you keep shoes off in the apartment to ensure that our carpets remain soft, plush and clean for everyone’s enjoyment.
