About this property

Country Escape

Our country home is an easy 45 kilometre drive from Melbourne. An 1870 traditional homestead that captures the essence of a traditional farming lifestyle. A large fireplace in the living room, split system heating/cooling, separate dining room, large country style kitchen and indoor/outdoor verandah to enjoy a drink or dinner gazing at the sweeping views. A full sized billiard table in the sitting room and a large outdoor pool for perfect outdoor leisure time. All on a remaining 22 acres. Please bring your own sheets, doonas, pillows and towels for your stay. There is a large fireplace, split system and heaters in each bedroom.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include an electric kettle and a washing machine.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a hot tub or take in the view from a garden.
Guests will find features like onsite parking.

Second stag

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. We absolutely love it, with its unique history, incredible views and relaxing feel. It’s not a 5* stay. It is a very old house and feels it but we think it’s perfect.

Relaxation

The stay was a family retreat just for 2 days. I found the setting beautiful, the house is about 163 years old, so that has to be appreciated, but to me added a bit to the charm. Thanks
