The host was unavailable for communication and while vrbo received and confirmed our stay I don't know what happened on the host's side, but long story short, vrbo made good on the situation the following morning after we couldn't check in or reach the host and ended up staying at a local hotel instead. VRBO stayed on the phone with me the following morning to ensure a new stay was set up and details were worked out regarding money, etc. I'm very thankful to the gentlemen that helped me work through the stressful situation as we were very far from home. Unfortunately I cannot give a good review to the host, but hopefully they are okay and it wasn't the norm for them to be unresponsive.

Our stay was very enjoyable thanks to our hosts! The property and accommodations were exactly what they were said to be in the listing. We were met to a welcoming environment and a space that was ready for us to unwind after a long drive to Florida!
