Really nice hotel - enjoyed.

Really nice hotel. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the kitchen was poorly stocked. They had one glass to drink from and then odd numbers of dishes, silverware, etc. It made drinking for 2 people difficult.

We loved the 2 bedroom suite that we stayed at. We had a road trip to Great Ocean Road, and we stayed at Brady both before and after the road trip, and the hotel allowed us to store some luggages there during our road trip.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious! The area around is very convenient. Walkable to many great restaurants and shops, plus the free trams in CBD. Staff service was excellent.

The property is not well maintained covering the gym, pool, and sauna... but in particular my room had a broken balcony door, plastic bag covering the ceiling smoke detector, smelt of vaping smoke, bath/shower diverted tap, barely working (had to belt it to divert to shower), a bed long past replacement date, and use of door keys that are readily cloneable. Essentially, the property while well located with friendly and considerate staff, is tired and in need of maintenance. A key selling point for this accommodation is proximity and largish space for rooms, but it is not the state of the room and hotel amenities.

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. I've stayed at many hotels in various countries, but this one stands out as one of the most memorable. It had everything we needed: 24/7 accessible service, a quiet and comfortable environment, a kitchen, a washing machine, a great location, and easy access to public transport, all at a very reasonable price. The concierge was helpful keeping my parcel safe before my arrival. I would definitely stay at this property again if I travel to Melbourne again.

I stayed in a lovely spacious apartment, that was clean and modern. The staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. Located near the junction of Flinders and Spencer Streets, the railways tracks are nearby so expect some noise whilst trains are running. There is a tram stop literally at the door if you don’t want to walk.

We received an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment which was perfect for our overnight stay. We love staying at Brady Apartments, everything was great, the staff were very friendly and the unit was clean with everything provided for our stay.

The property is great. City was not able to be viewed from our room even though we asked. I have stayed here many times and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Noisy party people above us would not quit. Otherwise a great stay.
