Other Things to Note:

We have wonderful neighbours.

Please note the home is located in a small friendly residential townhouse community with neighbouring homes nearby. As with most residential areas, you may occasionally hear normal daytime sounds from neighbours, which is part of the local neighbourhood atmosphere. Our manager is always available and can promptly address any concerns to ensure your stay remains comfortable and enjoyable.



Please keep noise down after 10 pm out of courtesy for our neighbours. The house has two other units on the block.

Please be sure to drive slowly in case of children playing.

Please never block the driveway out of courtesy for the neighbours.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
