Welcome to our spacious holiday home in the charming suburb of Rye, Australia. This two-story house is nestled in a vibrant neighbourhood and provides a comfortable and convenient retreat for your vacation. It's perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Inside, you'll find a well-furnished and carefully designed interior with five bedrooms, all with split systems. The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances. Here you will find a split system and gas fireplace.There are multiple areas to relax throughout the home, including the main living room, featuring a TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment, downstairs games room and a reading nook by the master bedroom. You'll also have access to laundry facilities, including a washing machine, for your convenience. The property is beautifully furnished and has several bathrooms to accommodate your group comfortably.

Outside, you can enjoy the fresh ocean air in the fenced yard, which is great for outdoor activities, playtime, and barbeque gatherings. There are two balconies and two decks where you can soak up the sun or relax with a book. If you're in the mood for pampering, we also have an on-site spa. For your safety, there are smoke alarms installed throughout the property.
